The GAPRO All Valley MMA Tournament Qualifiers

GAPRO ALL VALLEY Tournament Rules

1. Knocking out opponents will be an auto disqualification. Do not Knock out your opponents! This is a team competition. Not a UFC event!!!
2. Every MMA round will be 5 minutes and will end in submission, opponents quitting and or time runs out!
3. JIUJITSU match’s will be 3 minutes SUBMISSION ONLY.
4. Wrestling Matches will be 1 minutes and pins only
5. Muay Thai matches will be 2 minutes and can end in opposition quitting or time runs out. (A KO will result in you getting disqualified)

ROUND 1 - Wrestling  - 1 Minute

ROUND 2 Muay Thai - 2 Minutes

ROUND 3 - Jiujitsu - 3 Minutes

ROUND 4 - MMA - 5 Minutes

Overtime - submission escape time .  Whoever escapes a armbar the fastest or time it takes to get armbared. *If no escapes are made between each competitor.

If you wish to complete on March 4, 2022 for a 🥇.

If win your match you will be entered into the Tournament. This will be a 8 person tournament with one winner for the new gym belt.

The 8 person tournament will be held at a time to be determined.

Winter Challenge Trophies will be handed out on this day.

How to win team trophy?

Every class, teams will compete in a competitive drill in which one team will be awarded a point.

If one team has no competition, the other team will will be awarded the point.

Morning Classes will complete in same drills and awarded the same opportunity as night class.

At the end of the month Points will be added up and the team with the most points will be awarded the Team Trophy 🏆
