About the event
GAPRO ALL VALLEY Tournament Rules
Knocking out opponents will be an auto disqualification. Do not Knock out your opponents! This is a team competition. Not a UFC event!!!
Every MMA round will be 5 minutes and will end in submission, opponents quitting and or time runs out!
JIUJITSU match’s will be 3 minutes SUBMISSION ONLY.
Wrestling Matches will be 1 minutes and pins only
Muay Thai matches will be 2 minutes and can end in opposition quitting or time runs out. (A KO will result in you getting disqualified)
